Shipping and Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

Vela Muse currently ships only to supported addresses in the United States. Europe is not available at launch. A destination is available only when it is offered at checkout.

Free standard shipping is included for supported United States addresses. Remote or unsupported addresses may be unavailable. We do not charge an undisclosed remote-area fee after an order is placed.

Processing and estimated delivery

Our standard order processing time is 2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 12–14 business days. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is therefore 14–16 business days, including processing.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Carrier delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by the destination, address checks, carrier operations, weather, or other events outside reasonable control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to activate tracking.

Protective packaging and gift-box upgrade

Every bouquet order includes protective shipping packaging designed to reduce movement and crushing in transit. The optional Gift Packaging Box is a presentation upgrade and is not a substitute for the included protective shipping box.

Address accuracy and changes

Please check your name, street address, city, postal code, and contact details before ordering. Request address changes within 12 hours. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be charged where permitted by law.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, delivery exception, loss, misdelivery, or visible damage, contact VelaMuse@outlook.com with your order number. Our Customer Care team will investigate with the carrier. Available remedies depend on the facts, this policy, and applicable consumer law; we do not promise a specific outcome before the investigation is complete.
