Shipping & Delivery

We prepare each order with care before it enters the delivery network.

Processing and delivery

Order processing takes 2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 12–14 business days. Estimated total time from order placement to delivery is 14–16 business days, including processing.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may change because of address verification, logistics operations, severe weather, or peak periods.

Where we ship

Free standard shipping is available for supported addresses in the United States. Europe is not available at launch.

Remote or unsupported addresses may be unavailable. Delivery eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Protective packaging

Every finished bouquet includes protective shipping packaging designed to reduce movement and crushing in transit. The optional $15 Gift Packaging Box is a presentation upgrade and does not replace the included protective shipping packaging.

Tracking

When an order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the logistics partner to activate tracking.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, delivery exception, loss, misdelivery, or visible damage, contact us with your order number and clear photos when applicable. We will review the issue with our logistics partner and provide the next steps under our shipping and returns policies.
