DIY kit teaching is provided through English videos. Use this page to find your tutorial email or get help opening a lesson.
Where to find your video links
After your payment is confirmed, look for a separate tutorial access email at the email address you used at checkout. Your physical kit is prepared and shipped separately.
Open the links in that email to reach your kit's video lessons. Keep the email so you can find the lessons again while you work.
Learning with the videos
Watch on a phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection. Pause and replay the steps as you shape your flowers. The teaching is video-based, rather than a printed or illustrated instruction manual.
If you want to check whether a particular flower or assembly step is covered before ordering, email us with the kit name.
Missing email or a link that will not open?
Check the inbox used at checkout, including its spam, junk and promotions folders. The order confirmation and tutorial access email are separate messages.
If you still cannot find or open the lessons, email VelaMuse@outlook.com with your order number and checkout email address. For a link problem, include the lesson name and the error you see.

Tutorial links are for the purchaser's personal craft use. Please do not share, resell, redistribute or publicly upload them.
